Is this you?

For the woman who believes it on Sunday and forgets it by Tuesday

  • You know you are loved by God, but you still measure yourself by what you get done.
  • Other people's opinions, or one comment from years ago, still decide how you feel about yourself.
  • The voice in your head is harder on you than you would ever be on a friend.
  • When you fail, you feel you have to earn your way back to God.
  • You want more than another book you finish and put on the shelf. You want it to change how you live.

This course is a slow, guided way through those places, with Scripture open and room to breathe, write and pray.

Eight weeks

One lie at a time, answered with God's truth

Each week names one lie, shows what God says instead, and gives you one simple practice to use when the old voice speaks.

  1. Week 1

    Named Before You Were Known

The lie: I am what I do, and what others have called me.

The truth: I am who God names me: created, redeemed, called, His.

    Isaiah 43:1 · Practice: Rename

  2. Week 2

    Louder Than the Noise

The lie: My worth rises and falls with what others think and what I see on my screen.

The truth: God's voice settles my worth, so I let His voice be the loudest.

Romans 12:2 · Practice: The Voice Check

  3. Week 3

    Enough Without the Applause

The lie: I'm loved for what I do, so I can't stop until everything is done.

The truth: I'm loved by grace, so I can rest, and give freely from love.

Ephesians 2:8 · Practice: The Grace Pause

  4. Week 4

    The Voice Inside

The lie: If I'm hard enough on myself, I'll finally be good enough.

The truth: In Christ I'm not condemned, so I can face my faults with His kindness.

Romans 8:1 · Practice: The Rewrite

  5. Week 5

    When Others Left a Mark

The lie: What they said or did decides who I am, and I can't be free until they make it right.

The truth: God sees the wound, heals the heart and judges justly, so I can release the debt to Him.

Psalm 147:3 · Practice: The Release

  6. Week 6

    Loved on Your Worst Day

The lie: When I fail badly, God's love cools, and I have to earn my way back.

The truth: God loved me at my worst, and nothing can separate me from His love in Christ.

Romans 5:8 · Practice: The Way Home

  7. Week 7

Made on Purpose, for a Purpose

The lie: My gifts are too small to matter, so someone else should do it.

The truth: God made me on purpose and gave me grace-gifts to serve others. Small in my hands, enough in His.

    1 Peter 4:10 · Practice: What's in Your Hand

  8. Week 8

    Walking as a Daughter

The lie: This won't last. I'll slip back into who I was.

The truth: God finishes what He starts. I don't hold my identity together; He holds me. When I slip, I come back.

Philippians 1:6 · Practice: The Daily Return

Day 5 · practise

The Rewrite

When the inner critic starts, you walk through four steps. It takes a few minutes.

  1. Catch it What is the voice actually saying? Write it word for word.
  2. Check it Is it specific, or is it “always” and “never”? Is it true? Does it draw you toward Jesus?
  3. Rewrite it, in Jesus' voice Choose the truth that answers it:
    • No condemnation
    • Forgiven
    • Remembered no more
    • Near
    • New every morning
    • Interceding for you
  4. Respond Decide one thing to do with it:
    • Apologise
    • Put it right
    • Confess it to God
    • Ask for help
    • Let it go: it is forgiven
    • Tell a trusted friend

What if it is not right for me?

Write to [email protected] within 7 days of joining and you get a full refund. No questions, no hoops.

How much time does it take?

About 20 minutes a day, five days a week, plus a lighter grace day and a weekly review. If life gets busy, you simply pick up where you left off.

How does the course open?

The Welcome and Week 1 open the day you join. Each following week opens seven days later, so you have time to live what you learned before moving on. Inside each week, lessons open in order: you complete one to unlock the next.

I have read the Daughter of the King book. Is this the same?

No. The course follows the same heart, but almost everything in it is new: the films, the stories, the guided prayers, the daily practices, the interactive tools and the journals. Many women use the book and the course together.

Do I need to be tech-savvy?

No. It works in any browser on a phone, tablet or computer. The journals are PDFs you can print or fill in on a tablet. Every film has captions.

Can I take it with my small group or church?

Yes. Each week includes a group leader guide. For group or church access, write to [email protected] and Georgi will help you set it up.
